LEAN MANUFACTURING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

This unique program provides companies the opportunity to provide their employees with a strong foundation in the Lean concepts and tools that are used to drive contunuous improvement and achieve world-class business performance. A "first-of-its-kind" in the San Antonio Metropolitan Area, the certification consists of nine "Lean Tools" that can be applied in any business enviroment. Participants completing the entire will receive a certificate of completion on Lean Manufacturing by the University of texas at San Antonio (UTSA) Technology Center.
